		<description>Great post!

My wife and I visited Versailles 2 weeks ago and felt the same. While it's a little out of the way and feels like a pain to reserve an entire afternoon to visit, it's well worth it.

		<description>Howdy.

Did you get to go into Versailles proper? I was recently reading that the Hall of Mirrors is either closed for restoration or filming... The Louvre is just one of those experiences... Unfathomable! Its amazing to see the line stretch round the glass pyramid on a spring afternoon. The display of the Rosetta stone in London is slightly more protected... Only slightly though.

People read your blog. =) I'm working on a post for mine about yours as I seem to be stuck in a stop of rubber cement at the moment (read unable to travel due to my passport being in impound). And, I've forwarded the address to a few friends in the US who are snow bound at the moment so love travel as well. Hopefully you'll have new converts in no time at all.

Hope you are having fun in Bangkok.
