I had only heard of wwoofs before, and this looks so cool. It's a chance to really experience the lifestyle, earn your keep, and meet some cool people. You rule. We went 2 years ago during late November to see Keith in Geneva. Brad planned a train/hostel trip from Geneva to Lauterbrunnen, Lucerne, Basel, Bern and back. I don't know where else! And not in that order. It was so incredibly neat and a fun adventure. Kelly could give you the more specific details. I have some doubts about the current Swiss politics of exclusionary parties against immigrants, but it is a gorgeous country and worth visiting! Yes, we all stayed in the same room at hostels, but we made the best of the bunk beds situation with 6 adults. The best hostel and coolest town was Vevey! If/when you do get to Thailand, I will be so entirely jealous. I was there for 2 weeks last year and it is heavenly. Please go to Khao Lak and see the tsunami beach, it is both gorgeous and heartbreaking. I can’t believe I know someone cool enough to do this.
